Saturday 17 Jan
Arrival midday to mid afternoon
Walk down to Soufriere Bay for sunset and acclimation.
Dinner at the Guesthouse
Sunday 18 Jan
730 am Breakfast
830 am Walk up to Galleon lookout to the Bay (+- 1 hour walk on road and a little jungle path)
Bring bathing suit and towel
At the dive shop we get our gear ready for a gear check and snorkel on the reef
1230 pm Lunch at the dive shop, bean burgers, lion fish burgers or wraps.
1530 pm Afternoon at the Guesthouse
1630 pm Freediving and mindfulness talk and practices
1830 pm Dinner at the guesthouse

830 stretching and yoga
930 Diving
1230 Lunch at the dive shop
1530 Afternoon at Bambooze Hot springs in soufriere.
1830 Dinner at the guesthouse
Tuesday 20 Jan

830 Morning stretching and yoga with Nat
930 Diving
1230 Lunch meals from Joan’s at the dive shop
1330 Rest time at the guesthouse
1630 Sunset Kayak or paddle board and dinner at local restaurant teachers place (chicken fish lamb or veggie caribbean style)
Sleep

Sleep in and breakfast
10am drive to freshwater lake
40 min hike around lake and swim
Then wotten waven hot springs or trafalgar waterfalls
Carry box lunch at falls
Afternoon Yoga
Dinner at the GH

1230 Lunch at Soufriere Bay (either wraps and burgers or Joan's cooking)
1630 Afternoon walk to Scott’s head and up the hill
1830 Dinner at chez wen in Scott's Head village
Friday 23 Jan

1230 Lunch in Soufriere Bay
1430 Afternoon waterfall hike to Middleham falls
40 mins down and 40 up (Total trip time 3 hours)
1730/1800 Dinner at jungle bay

830 Stretching/Yoga Class with Becs or Nat
1000 Walk read or swim
Midday to afternoon leaving time x

Whats Included:
Breakfast, Lunch and 4 Dinners, the rest of the evenings we will eat out at simple, yet delicious Caribbean Restaurants.
Accommodation at the Guesthouse, each room has a private bathroom, towels and a fan.

What to Bring:
Yourself and a willingness to learn and Chill
Bathing suits (including one you don't mind getting sulphur smelly from the hot springs)
Bathing Towel or Sarong
Bug Spray which can be bought here (Just in case the bugs don't like you, we are in the tropics, in Jan its not so hot so they tend to leave us alone)
Optional Mask and snorkel (basics to freediving and snorkeling, always nice to have your own)
Some Cash to buy the dinners, souvenirs or snacks (USD can be used, or withdraw cash here in local currency XCD-Eastern Caribbean Dollary)
